Launching a new pharma brand can be incredibly challenging. Last year Novo Nordisk brought together CareSpeak Communications and Cult Health to create an innovative way to use a new type of early experience program to address these challenges. The program was executed through the use of Automated Patient Engagement and interactive messaging.
