Before deciding which option suites your needs best, calculate the number of messages (alerts) you will be receiving monthly. Average number of monthly messages = number of daily intake occasions x 30 days. |

| For example, Mary takes daily one Vitamin C capsule once a day, and one Fish Oil capsule 2 times per day. She also takes Lipitor, for high cholesterol, one pill one time per day. In total Mary has 4 intake occasions daily times 30 days resulting in 120 messages per month. |
