Intake
Confirmation: Every time the patient gets a notification to
take medication, he/she can confirm intake
by pressing REPLY and then the SEND on the phone. This will automatically send a signal to the database that the medication has been taken.

Compliance Reports:
Every time a patient confirms intake, it is registered on CareSpeak servers. The compliance reports can be easily accessed and viewed on-line. Sample Reports: Weekly | Monthly

Caregiver
Notifications: MediM Alerts Plus provides optional caregiver involvement. If user doesn't confirm intake after, for example 20 minutes, a caregiver will be notified via a text message. Caregiver can then call patient directly and remind them to take their medication. If the patient is not sure which medication to take, caregiver can access the image of the pill on their phone and describe it to patient.
